Q4 2020 Dog Games App Performance in Latin America on iOS

In the fourth quarter of 2020, the dog-themed gaming category on iOS in Latin America saw varied performance among its top applications. Sensor Tower provides comprehensive data that allows us to analyze these trends.

Puppy Town - Merge & Win showed a declining trend in both downloads and weekly active users throughout the quarter. The app started with around 18K downloads and 36K active users in the last week of September, gradually decreasing to approximately 5K downloads and 16K active users by the end of December.

In contrast, My Talking Hank by Outfit7 Limited maintained a steadier performance with minor fluctuations. The game's weekly revenue peaked in mid-December at $477, with downloads ranging from 4.5K to 4.7K in early October and ending the quarter with a rise to roughly 4.5K. The app's active users hovered between 29K and 26K for most of the quarter.

Tamadog - Puppy Pet Dog Games experienced a mid-quarter dip in downloads, dropping to under 1K in November, but rebounded to over 6K by the year's end. Revenue for the app showed a slight decline from $5.8K to $5.4K, while active users increased from around 11K to 11K in the same period.

King's Pet Rescue Saga saw its revenue rise from $7.2K to $8.7K during the quarter. Downloads had a noticeable increase in late December, reaching over 3K, compared to the 2.9K at the quarter's start. The weekly active users count saw a slight increase from 25K in the last week of September to nearly 25K by the end of December.

Lastly, Miga Town: My Pets from XiHe Digital showed relatively stable revenue throughout the quarter, peaking at $170 in early November and ending at $162. Downloads and active users saw modest increases from 1.5K to 1.7K and from 1.6K to 1.9K, respectively.
